French markets are famous for their delicious local produce, and the Salies market is no exception. This weekly market sets up in the main square each Thursday morning from very early until about 1pm. This is a great fun activity where you will see everyone out and about and many enjoying a very early red wine or apero in the Tivoli or Bar Singlar. Get in early to reserve your roast from the delicious rotisserie - these are reserved early in the day before they have even finished cooking so it is worth stopping here first to make sure you don’t miss out!
